2. You Lead Discovery (With Our Support)
When a deeper issue is identified, you can bring Thatworkx into the picture to facilitate structured discovery — through stakeholder sessions, workshops, and cross-domain collaboration. These engagements are paid hourly and billed through Thatworkx. (Billing + analysis tools in development)
3. You Validate the Problem
After discovery, you work with the client to assess whether a fix is needed now, later, or not at all. You help them reach decisions, backed by insight — not instinct. We support the process with tools to track decisions, inputs, and outcomes. (Outcome tracking in development)
4. You Drive the Project Forward
If action is agreed upon, you flag it in the Thatworkx CRM, and we initiate the next phase of execution — with the right partners, providers, or teams to get it done. (CRM integration in development)
